We designed and produced the world’s first Spannwell® screening machine and launched it on
the market. As a technology pioneer, we have set standards in the field of tensioning shafts, that
shape the current solutions in the industry.
Based on the number of machines used, LIWELL® screening machines with the Spannwell® principle
are leaders in the market. Especially in difficult separation processes, our custom solutions enable
higher product quality and new applications through permanently selective screening and finer
classification, as well as avoiding costs in terms of machine downtime and cleaning effort.
Our screening machines, whether circular vibratory screens, linear vibratory screens, flip-flow screens
or classifying screens, are suitable for recycling applications and the screening of bulk materials (coal,
sand, hard rock) and much more. This way, you will master even problematic applications, which are
difficult or impossible to implement with conventional screening machines.
Our screening machines are deployed, for example, in major projects such as new power plant
construction or as modern separation technology for regional small and medium-sized enterprises.
Our field service, on-site test screening truck, and laboratory material analysis offers fast on-site
consultation and helps you find the right screening machine in addition to addressing all other questions.
Spare parts supply, maintenance, and repairs are, of course, also part of our portfolio.
