The wire mesh belts from STEINHAUS consist of round wire spirals, which are manufactured from either a flat oval (500) or a round (550) spiral shape. These are braided alternately on the right and left and made up of sections.
Wire mesh belts are used for light transport goods such as rayon, tobacco, matches, glass wadding, etc. The 500 group can be manufactured up to a width of 5,500 mm and the 550 group up to a width of 3,000 mm.
The wire eyelet link belt from Steinhaus consists of double eyelet links and crossbars made of smooth round wire. A cross wire can be welded underneath for stabilization on request. The edges are optionally welded, riveted, brazed or screwed.
This belt type is used in drying, cooling, washing and dewatering systems, as well as in the beverage industry and for filter systems. The eyelink belts are manufactured up to a width of 6,000 mm and can be used at temperatures from -100 °C to 1,200 °C.
The flat wire link belt consists of flat wire spirals braided alternately on the right and left. The crossbars are smooth or optionally ribbed.
The flat wire link belt is used in continuous ovens or drying systems, for example, and can be manufactured up to a width of 5,000 mm. It can also withstand temperatures from -100°C to +1200°C.
The round wire link belt consists of alternating right and left closely woven round wire spirals. The crossbars are smooth or optionally ribbed.
The round wire link belt is used in continuous ovens, drying systems, casting transport or for baking bread, for example, and can be manufactured up to a width of 5,000 mm. It can also withstand temperatures from -100°C to +1200°C.
The braided link belt consists of alternating right and left wide-mesh braided flat wire spirals. The crossbars are corrugated.
The braided link belt is used for glass and briquette cooling, baking and roasting ovens and veneer drying, among other things. These belts can be manufactured up to a width of 6,000 mm. It can also withstand temperatures from -100°C to +1200°C.
The braided link belt consists of alternating right and left wide-mesh braided round wire spirals. The crossbars are corrugated.
The braided link belt is used for glass and briquette cooling, baking and roasting ovens and freezers, among other things. These belts can be manufactured up to a width of 6,000 mm. It can also withstand temperatures from -100°C to +1200°C.
The crossbar belt consists of laterally constrained chains. Groups 100 to 4000 are possible as infill mesh.
This belt type is used for medium and heavy goods, as well as for washing, cooling, drying and coating. Crossbar belts can be manufactured up to a width of 2,000 mm and can withstand temperatures from -100°C to 400°C.
The double spiral belt consists of round wire spirals of group 500 and is double-laid with additional smooth crossbars, dense design, braided on one side and with welded head edge.
This type of belt is used for long-life baked goods, cookies, cookies and drying ovens. Double spiral belts can be manufactured up to a width of 1,500 mm and can withstand temperatures of up to 1,200°C.
The single spiral belt consists of round wire spirals of group 400. The braiding method is the same as for group 500, one-sided, single inserted with additional smooth cross bars, open design, connecting edge, spirals pressed and the cross bars are welded to the spirals.
This belt type is used in continuous furnaces for tempering, hardening, brazing etc., as well as in drying and annealing furnaces. Single spiral belts are manufactured up to a width of 1,500 mm and can withstand temperatures of up to 1,200°C.
The multiple spiral belt consists of Group 300 flat wire spirals or Group 400 round wire spirals. It is triple-laid with smooth crossbars, very dense design, flat surface and the edges are welded.
This type of belt is used for conveying granulate, chocolates, cookies, confectionery, semi-finished steel products, sintered parts, etc. Multi-spiral belts are manufactured up to a width of 3,000 mm and can withstand temperatures of up to 1,200°C.
The bar mesh belt consists of cranked crossbars that are hooked together with thin round wires.
Additional edge reinforcement is possible with a Z-edge, for example. This belt type is used as an enrober for chocolates and confectionery or for light goods such as cookies.
The rod mesh belts are manufactured up to a width of 2,500 mm and can withstand temperatures from -100°C to 400°C.
The bar mesh belt consists of smooth cross bars that are connected to each other by wire strands.
The edges are cut or optionally reinforced.
This belt type is used, for example, for conveying and drying vegetables, tobacco, green fodder, hops, etc. These belts are manufactured up to a width of 3,100 mm and can be used at temperatures of up to 400 °C.
The OPTIMA plate belt consists of plates made of welded profile wires & cross bars. Reinforcement / reinforcement depending on the load. Designed for the attachment of angle link chains. Steinhaus manufactures OPTIMA plate chords in various normal or stainless steels or also galvanized. OPTIMA plate belts are manufactured up to a width of 3,000 mm and can withstand temperatures from 100 °C to + 400 °C.
This belt type is used for the production of insulation boards, as well as in drying ovens for glass wool, expanded clay, etc.
The honeycomb belt consists of horizontally trapezoidal corrugated honeycomb elements standing on edge. The edges are optionally bent, welded or hard-soldered.
This belt type is used for glass cooling, baking and roasting ovens, as well as briquette cooling, veneer and cardboard drying. Honeycomb belts are manufactured up to a width of 5,000 mm and can withstand temperatures from -100°C to 600°C.
The combination belt consists of a center section of group 400 and lateral hinge-like edge strips of group 500, which allow troughing in the transverse direction. A positive drive is provided by gear wheels.
This belt type is used in belt filter systems. Combination belts are manufactured up to a width of 2,000 mm and can withstand temperatures of up to 1,200°C
